We’re proud to recognize Tori Castille (left), Administrative Assistant at our Foster location, and Trudy Knighten (right), Addiction Recovery Tech at our Weymouth location, as this month’s Employees of the Month!

Tori is inspired by the life-changing impact recovery has had on her own life. She’s passionate about helping others find hope and purpose, saying, “This job is not just a job—it’s a calling.” She finds joy in seeing clients realize their worth and take steps toward healing.

Trudy is equally driven by her personal journey, stating, “I want to turn my pain into purpose.” Her motivation comes from remembering where she came from and showing up for others who are struggling. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is watching lives transform.
