Jill Lavergne serves our Intensive Outpatient Program with unwavering compassion and purpose. Jill leads from the heart, meeting each client exactly where they are and walking alongside them throughout their recovery journey. She shared that one of the most rewarding parts of her role is witnessing the transformation of each client from the beginning of treatment to the very end—a process that continually inspires her work.

Jill values Serenity not only for the work we do, but for the culture we create together. She describes Serenity as a place where team members lift one another up, especially during difficult moments. Her empathy, dedication, and belief in both her clients and her colleagues make her an invaluable part of our clinical team.

At our Foster location, Sylvia Canella brings warmth and positivity to everything she does. Known for her constant smile and willingness to lend a helping hand, Sylvia plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for both clients and staff. Her empathy and compassion shine through in her diligent work, and her attention to detail reflects deep pride in her role.

Sylvia’s kindness does not go unnoticed. She consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring that our space reflects the care and respect we strive to offer every person who walks through our doors.
