Robin Welch, CAC, CCS, brings more than 25 years of experience in the addiction treatment field, including over two decades in leadership, program development, clinical supervision, and direct client care. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple levels of care, including residential treatment, intensive outpatient services, outpatient counseling, justice-involved treatment programs, and recovery support services. Her expertise includes program design and implementation, regulatory compliance, staff development, clinical operations, and evidence-based treatment practices for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

As a person in long-term recovery herself, Robin offers a unique perspective that blends professional expertise with personal understanding.
