Porsche Favorite is the Administrator of Serenity Treatment Center of Louisiana. She began her career with Serenity in 2020 as a Mental Health Technician and has since advanced through several operational and administrative roles within the organization. Throughout her tenure, she has served in Residential Admissions, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Admissions, and Front Desk Operations, with a focus on learning the business and operational aspects of the behavioral health industry.
As her interest in healthcare administration grew, Porsche was mentored in bookkeeping and financial operations, eventually becoming the facility’s Bookkeeper. In 2025, she was promoted to Assistant Administrator, and in June 2026, she assumed her current role as Administrator. Her experience across multiple departments has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of facility operations, staff support, financial management, and organizational effectiveness.
Porsche is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring the continued growth and success of Serenity Treatment Center of Louisiana while supporting the organization’s mission of helping individuals achieve lasting recovery.
