Whitney Braden

Whitney is the Female Residential Counselor at Serenity Treatment Center, South Foster location, and has been a dedicated member of the Serenity team since 2022. She has worked in the addiction treatment field since 2021 and has served in multiple roles throughout her time with Serenity, including Utilization Review Specialist, Intake Counselor, and now Female Residential Counselor. Her experience across multiple departments has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the treatment process and the needs of individuals seeking recovery.

Whitney holds a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) credential through the Addictive Disorders Regulatory Authority and is also certified in Recovery Dynamics. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is working toward obtaining dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to further expand her ability to serve individuals with cooccurring mental health and substance use disorders.

She is an active member of AA and has been sober since 2019. Whitney has found her passion in helping others navigate their recovery journeys and is committed to giving back what was so freely given to her. Through both her professional work and personal recovery experience, she strives to provide compassion, support, and hope to individuals seeking lasting recovery.
