Dell Guerra

Dell is the Director of Nursing for The Serenity Center of LA. She brings with her many years of clinical, supervisory and management nursing experience. Other experience includes certification in holistic nursing with national lecturing of “Reawakening the Heart of Nursing, A Holistic Approach”, physician office manager, physician nurse, endoscopy nurse, and deputy coroner. For the last ten years, Dell has worked in the psychiatric and addiction recovery setting with her roles, including Psychiatric Director of Nursing and Addiction Recovery Nursing Supervisor. She was instrumental in achieving CARF certification and state licensure in these settings.

She is very committed in the community setting and is currently the Chair of the hospital Board of Trustees, where she started her career and received the hospital’s first “Nurse Excellence” award.
