Sam holds a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) license and has earned her Master’s Degree in Science/Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University. Sam’s academic background, combined with ongoing professional development, ensures that she stays in motion with the latest therapeutic approaches and techniques. Sam adheres to the ethical guidelines set forth by the Louisiana Professional Counselors State Board and also holds certifications in Recovery Dynamics, and Prepare Enrich Marriage Counseling.

Sam’s believes in tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client, fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing challenges such as stress, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma and anxiety, and is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, foster resilience and overcome challenges in both professional and personal relationships. Her goal is to provide practical tools and insights that empower individuals to overcome obstacles and live more fulfilling lives.
